Terms and Conditions.
Please read these terms and conditions before booking one of our programs.
1. BOOKINGS, CANCELLATIONS AND POSTPONEMENTS
Online training programs
Payment for online programs is required on purchase. Refunds are not provided on online programs.
Coaching programs
Coaching programs are invoiced in advance. Refunds are not provided on coaching programs. In the event of extenuating circumstances, one coaching session may be postponed in liaison with the coach. Further postponements will be treated as cancellations of that session. Coaches are allocated by the Kalmor Institute. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure coaching sessions are scheduled.
Group training programs
Group training programs are purchased at the point dates are agreed. Payment must be made prior to the program commencing.
The cost of the training program includes one briefing meeting with the client. If further time is required for tailoring or advisory work, this is charged at an hourly rate.
Postponement of a training program with less than one (1) week’s notice of the scheduled date will be deemed a cancellation. Any postponement of training programs within one (1) and four (4) weeks’ notice of the agreed date will attract a postponement rate of 40%. Any postponement greater than four weeks from scheduled date will incur an administration fee of 10%. There are no refunds for cancellations.
Organisational interventions
In most instances general consulting intervention invoices will be forwarded upon completion of a specific intervention. For multistage culture change processes exceeding $50,000, we will invoice using the stages as defined in the contract. If a defined stage within a contract exceeds $50,000, we will invoice you in increments as the work is being performed. For ongoing consulting work we will invoice you fortnightly in arrears for services provided.
Client cancellation and postponement clauses are as follows:
1.1 Once the scope of the work has been decided, if the Client cancels a previously agreed date for a consulting service, such as a group training program or focus group, the following cancellation rates will apply. For cancellation one (1) week or less prior to the agreed date, a cancellation rate of 100% of the consulting fee for that previously agreed period will apply. For cancellation two (2) weeks or less prior to the agreed date, a cancellation rate of 80% will apply. For cancellation four (4) weeks or less but greater than two (2) weeks prior to the agreed date, a cancellation rate of 50% will apply. A 10% administration fee will apply for cancellation with greater than four weeks’ notice prior to the agreed date of work.
1.2 Any postponement of consulting services within less than one (1) week’s notice of the agreed date for the consulting service will be deemed a cancellation and subject to the terms and conditions above, which is that 100% of the fee will be charged. Any postponement of consulting services within one (1) and four (4) weeks’ notice of the agreed date for the consulting service will attract a postponement rate of 40%. Any postponement greater than four weeks from scheduled date will incur an administration fee of 10%.
2. GENERAL CONSULTING RATES
Some specific Kalmor Institute programs have a set fee. These include programs such as Risk Reduction from Organisational Disruptors for Leaders and Coercive Control for Justice System Professionals. Set fees for our programs are outlined on the website.

Consulting work provided at an executive level is charged at a daily rate of $4500 plus GST. Most other consulting services will attract a daily rate of $2500 plus GST. Hourly rates are charged at $450.00 plus GST at executive level and $350 plus GST for other levels.
