Coaching and on-on-one work.

We offer one-on-one coaching for leaders, managers and others who require support, additional insights and/or a sounding board in addressing issues of change and the creation of aspirational cultures.

Coaching and one-on-one work is provided in person, by phone and/or by on-line platform. Our coaching programs are packaged in 4 session packages.

At The Kalmor Institute, our people are deeply experienced and insightful in issues of culture, the dynamics of change and dealing with blockers to aspirational cultures, whether they be overt and evident or covert and less transparent.
