This includes:

- Assisting organisations to develop a strategic approach to harnessing the greatest potential of people - this includes the development of goals, measures, actions, identification of potential barriers and how to address them, timelines and monitoring processes.
- Assisting with the development of the business case for a cultural change and/or engagement intervention.
- Integrating approaches to cultural change and ensuring these issues are addressed in a complementary way that offers greatest retun on investment to the organisation.

Cultural Change
This includes:
- Working with executive groups and senior teams to get a uniform approach and buy-in for change. It also includes accessing deeper attitudes to the issues for which change is sought and having facilitated discussion about these issues in a way that is challenging but still respectful and pragmatic and results in behavioural outcomes.
- Assisting with the development of a strategic process for cultural change. This may often include a process of engaging people across a business in identifying areas for change, ideal futures and/or values.
- Working with people throughout an organisation on the need for change.
- Developing and refining the business case for cultural change.
- Reviewing, revising and designing policies and practices that assist in aligning behaviours and therefore creating a more powerful culture.
