Anita TesorieroAnita Tesoriero is a Senior Consultant with Kalmor Consulting. A registered psychologist, she has extensive experience and qualifications in organisational development. For the past decade Anita has been involved in major change management initiatives in organisations, including Coles Myer and Ericsson. Through thousands of hours of facilitation experience, she has a deep understanding of how new ideas and strategies can be practically built-in to an organisation through learning and development. Anita specialises at implementing change management initiatives, designing and delivering leadership programs and individual coaching. Her insights into what motivates individuals and teams are further enhanced by her accreditation in a range of psychological testing instruments. She works with a range of techniques depending on the individual needs of the client. Anita has been involved in the facilitation of Kalmor's widely acclaimed career resilience programs. She combines her strong communication and teaching abilities with knowledge of group dynamics as well as individual motivators. She understands how to develop the personal and collective skills needed to make the desired organisational change. Through her work in Kalmor's major change management projects, Anita brings her experience in large-scale organisational transformation, working with people across organisations to align behaviours and values to a high-performance culture. Her experience leading focus groups at all levels of an organisation enable her to gather high-quality information about the issues facing the business. A true understanding of the issues facing the business is the starting point for planning appropriate improvements. Her analytical skills enable her to identify practical, tangible solutions to make the business improvements needed to deliver the right commercial outcomes. Anita's background includes senior internal strategic roles in blue-chip organisations including roles as Culture and Change Advisor in Coles Myer and an Organisational Development Manager and Change Management Consultant for Ericsson Australia. She has designed and implemented leadership development programs, employee engagement initiatives and built online systems to track, monitor and identify training and development needs. Her experience as a psychologist includes individual private practice. Anita has a Masters of Arts (Applied Psychology) and she is a registered Psychologist. |
